A "wild card" character from the Kadums Horn adventure that came with the Scarred Lands DM screen. She's a Vigilant from the Mullis Town Vigil, a follower of Tanil.

Note: Her write-up on the SL DM screen had her too weak for what she is capable of, the math simply didn't add up. So below is my version.

Vaarsha, Female Half-Elf (half Forsaken elf) Ranger 7/Vigilant 01: SZ Medium Humanoid (4ft., 9 in. tall); HD 7d8+7 plus 1d12+1; Spd 30; AC 20 (+4 Dx, +5 Armr, +1 Darkwood Shield); Atk +11/+6 melee (+1 Longsword), +12/+7 ranged (Composite Lbow), +12 ranged (Hunter's Spear); AL CG; SV Fort +8, Ref +6, Will +5; Str 15, Dx 18, Con 12, Int 12, Wis 12, Cha 14

Feats: Iron Will, Endurance, Point Blank Shot

Possessions: +1 Studded Leather, small Darkwood shield, Hunters Spear, +1 longsword, Composite Longbow, 20 arrows, 10 silver arrows, Holy symbol of Tanil, backpack & standard equiptmant, 50 gp, 20 gems (5 x 100 gp, 10 x 25 gp, 5 x 10 gp).

Appearance & Background:

Short, with wavy black hair usually kept in a bun. It occasionally looks "unkempt", but this is more due to her profession. Her eyes are a dead givaway of her forsaken elf parentage, the iris green. Her skin is more "mulatto-esk" then anything. The symbol of Tanil is always as an amulet around her neck.

A newer Vigilant of the Mullis Town Vigil (medallion of adamantie), a child of a Forsaken elf father & human mother, she apparently has some not to subtle "issues" with her male parent; she's also heard stories of how half-elves are treated in the Forsaken elf lands, is this why she follows the Huntress. What she doesn't carry she keeps in the chest at her residence. Her Hunter's Spear is her most prized possession & it's always by her side.
