Keep in mind that according to the Ghelspad SLCS Urcanthus was remembered by a Druid of Denev who apparently was remembering a previous existance, so presumably the Druid in question is an Incarnate. Also there is doubt that Urcanthus existed at all since there is no confirmed record of his existance either way beyond the single account given in the Ghelspad SLCS.
