You can infuse mundane tattoos with magic, allowing the weaer to the tattoo to cast spells & access magical effects. The spellcaster must be adept at his craft & have an artistic talent.

Inscribing a magical tattoo takes one day for each 1000gp in it's base price. Also the more intricate the tattoo in question the more artistic its crafter must be.

Note: Magical tattoos do take a physical toll on the wearer (they can only have a total number of "ranks" equal to their Constitution modifer x2. No magical tattoo may have a prerequisite spell higher then its wearers Constitution modifer), in some cases this in in addition to any possible side-effects they may have.
