All targets suffer from the effects of Curse of Starvation. However, the damage are 11d8, +1d8 per two levels above 12 (12d8 at 14th level, 13d8 at 16th level, 14d8 at 18th level, and maximum 15d8 at 20th level).

Arcane Material Components: a bit of rotten flesh.
