NPC's are non-player characters for use in adventures or modules. Most of these will be Non-Canon, as in, not described in any Scarred Lands books (i.e. Wise and the Wicked), but should be Scarred Lands characters. Alterations will be required to make them work for non-Scarn games because of skills, spells or other definitions.
